Jim Schoensiegel - MBA, Account Executive

Jim brings to this agency a strong financial background with a Bachelor or Arts Degree in Economics from UC Davis and a MBA from California State University at Long Beach. He initially began his career running an oil company and then as an account executive for AT&T. Jim became a licensed insurance agent in 1995. He has been placing auto, home, life, health, and long term care insurance of behalf of Vicencia and Buckley clients since 1997. 

Aracelly Rodriguez - Account Executive

Aracelly has been with Vicencia & Buckley since May 2000. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a strong experience as an account executive helping people with their Property & Casualty insurance needs. Aracelly is bilingual (English & Spanish).

Julie McInroy, CPCU – Account Executive

Julie began her insurance career selling personal automobile, motorcycle, and life insurance in Honolulu in 1982. She immediately earned ranks as the top producer and maintained that position for over 12 months.

In 1987, Julie moved to California and immediately obtained her fire and casualty license and started her career in commercial insurance. Julie joined V&B in 1995 as our commercial lines manager. In 2008 Julie crossed over from managing and servicing to full production/sales. With her service background Julie provides her new and existing clients with excellent care, honesty and integrity with the best price and coverage choices available.

Julie earned her CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) designation in 2005. It is the highest designation in our industry and it is a major milestone in her personal and professional growth.

Jackie Burleson – Account Manager  

Jackie has been with Vicencia & Buckley since 2005. She began working as a customer service representative in our dive insurance department and since has moved into the commercial lines department. She is a licensed fire & casualty broker-agent and is currently attending INS classes to further expand her knowledge of the industry. Jackie plans on obtaining her CPCU designation in the future.

Julie Anderson, CISR – Account Manager

Julie initially began her career in the insurance industry in 1991. She is a licensed fire and casualty broker-agent. Julie joined V&B in 1997. She has experience with all aspects of insurance including commercial insurance and our SCUBA diving insurance programs, where she provides assistance to our clients all over the world. Julie obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Debbie Carter - Senior Customer Service Representative / Personal Lines

Debbie has been in the insurance business since 1975 and has been a loyal employee of Vicencia & Buckley since 1984 as a personal lines Customer Service Representative. Her specialty is in Mercury Insurance Group's personal lines which includes; automobile, homeowners, and umbrella. As the Personal Lines Department begins to grow with new customers, we continually endeavor to provide quality customer service to each and every one of our policyholders. Debbie is a licensed fire and casualty broker - agent. 


 

Gary Ward – Customer Service Representative

Gary has been a licensed Fire & Casualty Agent/Broker since 1976. He has over 30 years of business and sales experience in the insurance industry. He has owned his own insurance agency writing both commercial and personal lines. Gary has been with Vicencia & Buckley since 2004. His specialty currently is Mercury Insurance Company personal lines.

Brian Jondle

Brian has been with Vicencia and Buckley for over 10 years and in that time Brian has received his AA degree from Golden West College and his Bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in political science from California State University Fullerton. Brian is now a licensed agent working in our commercial lines department and is currently obtaining his Charter Property & Casualty Underwrite (CPCU) designation, widely recognized as the highest insurance designation.

Christina Vicencia

Christina has been with Vicencia and Buckley since 2009. She has received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University and spent two years working for Deloitte & Touche LLP in their audit services, specializing in the insurance industry. Christina is now a licensed agent working in our commercial lines department and is currently obtaining her Charter Property & Casualty Underwrite (CPCU) designation.

Marilda Aguiar – Receptionist
Marilda began working in customer service in 1985 and she joined Vicencia & Buckley in January of 2001. Marilda speaks three languages and works diligently to assure that Vicencia & Buckley customers receive top notch service.

Jessica Dias – Customer Service Representative

Jessica began working in customer service in 2005 and she joined Vicencia & Buckley in September of 2007. Jessica is fluent in three different languages and works diligently to meet her goals and offer the best service possible to Vicencia & Buckley customers.

Trinice Walker - Accounting Representative

Trinice has been working in accounting with Vicencia & Buckley since 2006. She is an accounting representative who diligently ensures all licenses and taxes are updated accurately and in a timely manner for all fifty states. She assures excellent customer service skills while interacting with multiple states. She has over 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable.

Irene Laine

Irene began her insurance career in 1990 and is a licensed Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent . Her experience is in Commercial Insurance. She holds a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Irene joined Vicencia & Buckley in 2008 and is a Senior Account Manager in the Commercial Department.
